Re-Entry Programs

Witness to Mass Incarceration (WMI) is our affiliated entrepreneurial and job training program for the formally incarcerated and justice impacted. To date, WMI has helped hundreds of participants learn valuable vocational skills, start their own enterprises, and get a fresh start through expert instruction and robust support systems.

The current cohort includes a special emphasis on LGBTQ+ youth, women, and the migrant community. At our facility upstairs from the Entrepreneur Space commercial kitchen, these students are learning both tailoring skills and the fashion business.

Traditional re-reentry programs don't go far enough. But this innovative program provides a launchpad for participants to create their own prosperous future – and by caring for the whole person, we've seen a remarkable 0% recidivism.
