The Entrepreneur Space is a food business incubator located in Long Island City. Since its opening in 2010, we've provided professional facilities, technical assistance, and guidance to over 850 New York City entrepreneurs. The Entrepreneur Space is the longest-running shared commercial kitchen operating in New York City.
Our goal at the Entrepreneur Space is to provide a springboard for food start-ups looking to grow from home kitchen dream into a professional, scalable operation. Through our 6,500 square foot commercial kitchen and dedicated staff of culinary experts, we do just that – with 24/7 access to industry-grade equipment, special counseling and seminars, and integration with our other business support programs.
Our clients span the entire spectrum of the food industry, from hot sauces to dog treats, gourmet chocolate bars to spice mixes, and jarred key lime pies to pizza pie kits. And our successful alumni have gone on to open their own restaurants, see their businesses featured on Shark Tank, and cut deals with national co-packers.
