The New 7-Point Plan
Councilwoman Julissa Ferreras joined elected officials to announce a
"New Deal" for the revitalization of Roosevelt Avenue. Including in her 7-point plan is the pedestrianization
of Corona Plaza, a project currently maintained by QEDC. Other initiatives include increased sanitation services, new lighting and painting, updated zoning, and creation of a new Roosevelt Ave. Taskforce.
