The purpose of this training course is to provide the initial steps and foundation to starting your business plan. The following topics will be covered:

  • Developing a mission statement
  • Planning for your Business
  • Conducting research on market, industry, and competition.

Please bring a pen and pad in order to take notes, and be ready to ask questions only pertaining to the content presented. For more in-depth and specific information, please consider scheduling a one-on-one counseling appointment.

Kimberly Coleman is a WordPress web developer and professional blogger.

After graduating from Columbia College with a degree in History-Sociology, Kimberly spent a decade in corporate America working in consumer research and business analysis. Giving birth to her first son in 2004 caused Kimberly to reinvent herself to become a WordPress web developer and professional lifestyle blogger. She is the founder of RK Responsive Design (www.rkresponsivedesign.com), a WordPress development company focused on "ending website shame" for bloggers and small business owners. Balancing beauty and function, Kimberly creates sites that shine on any device which allows her clients to get their message out to the widest audience possible.

This interactive workshop is mandatory in order to become a client of The Entrepreneur Space Kitchen Incubator. Offered once a month, it can be taken only after you toured the incubator; you have the option to take the class before or after you submit your written application

After registering you will receive an assignment to complete before the session, which will allow you to walk out with the tools needed to succeed.

Together, we will evaluate your pricing structure to ensure that you make a profit every time you sell on the unit level. The Entrepreneur Space is devoted to help you create a business that will reflect your passion and at the same time make you money. We are not just a kitchen you rent to manufacture, but with our counselors and consultants, our mission is to support your growth to great success.
