Sante joined QEDC in 2013 to help start-ups and operating businesses with marketing strategy and financial advice. Prior to joining QEDC, Sante gained experience developing start-ups and providing business development advice domestically as well as abroad.
Fluent in Italian, Sante earned a BA in Applied Linguistics from Queens College and an MBA with a dual concentration in Marketing and Finance from Baruch College. Sante belongs to NOVA – The International Italian-American MBA network.
As Director of the Entrepreneurial Assistance Program, Sante has worked closely with entrepreneurs to develop winning business plans. He is also an instructor for our StartUP! Business Plan Competition and has taught our monthly “New Idea to New Venture” class.
Since being at QEDC, Sante has contributed to the New York State Entrepreneurial Assistance Program by meeting program goals, he has introduced weekly standup meetings to improve business services track its goals, created a flagship clients group, has helped to expand options for financing to small businesses and represented the organization in public forums.
Sante is happy to be part of the amazing community in Woodside, Queens, where he enjoys muti-ethnic pot luck dinners with friends, and likes to participate in the local runners group every now and again.
