About the Webinar:

The webinar is to help restaurants as they begin to reopen. It will cover Article 81 of the NYC Food Code and the Letter Grade System, including best practices and hot topics. Additionally the webinar will include current COVID regulations, NYS and NYC guidance and additional COVID precautions necessary going forward. Hosted and moderated by Queens Together.

Leon Lubarsky, a practicing attorney, who co-founded Letter Grade Consulting to help food service operators comply with regulations set forth by the NYC Department of Health. Servicing restaurants, bars, hotels, theatres, corporate cafeterias and schools, Letter Grade Consulting provides operators with preemptive solutions, education and training to sustain the highest level of food safety, remain inspection ready and maintain the “A” in the window.
