About the Webinar:

Readying your best professional self to unpause a business can be challenging enough without the added stress of navigating a time marked by loss, unrest, and uncertainty. Understanding how these struggles may influence your ability to fully show up in your professional and personal lives can make a difference in managing their impact. The goal of this workshop is to help you explore tools and techniques meant to increase your overall wellness which, in turn, can increase your work productivity and long term success.

About the Speaker:

Jade de Saussure is a social worker, educator, and management specialist who has educated diverse groups of human service workers and served populations on self-care for over seven years. Her insights in addressing stress and burnout were featured in Social Work Today and Prevention, as well as more comprehensively detailed in her co-authored book, Dancing the Labyrinth – Spirituality in the Lives of Women. Jade also has extensive experience professionally developing future nonprofit leaders and is currently developing her own training company, Desa Training, Inc.
