How to apply

The Entrepreneur Space is open to any small business seeking to take the next step - all clients must be registered as a business and have insurance. Potential clients need to make an appointment to meet with the Director, learn about the programs and tour the facility.  At that time you may also make a free appointment with a business counselor who can provide basic advice and direction for starting up your business.

Additional requirements at the time of acceptance include:

  • Certificate of Insurance including Worker's Compensation if there are employees
  • Proof of Business Registration Tax EIN number
  • Emergency contact information (form attached)
  • Copy of the Food Handler's Certificate

If you decide to apply for kitchen or office space, the application is simple and quick. Potential clients need to fill out an application, provide documentation of their business and necessary insurance.  Our business counselor can help take you through the process. Clients need to sign a license agreement and provide a refundable deposit.
