Business Plan Competition Training Sessions for February: Operations & Technology

Women's Incubator Program

 

Today's women desire connections with other women and they also want to help each other prosper and grow. The Women's Business Center at QEDC has put together an opportunity that will do just that.

 

We are launching a  women's incubator this Spring where women entrepreneurs can connect with other women entrepreneurs and collectively work in the process of building a businesses while learning key business strategies and sharing lessons learned. Incubator participants will also have access to the NEW Community Workspace opening this Spring.

Receive Training Dollars for Your Employees

 

New York Business Solutions is offering Training Dollars to businesses that have 10 or more employees. The dollars would be used to help the employees gain skills that would result in getting a raise or additional benefits. The Award amounts start at $10,000 and go up to $400,000

 

The Training Funds pre-application is now available-

The Green Business Competition

The competition will run from January 15th, 2009 to March 22nd, 2009. 

The competition is presented by Green Spaces, a leader in providing green entrepreneurs with work space, business services, workshops, and a networking outreach of over 4,300 environmentally and socially conscious people.

the competition is a platform to promote emerging green businesses in New York. The competition will reward investment funds to companies that have the ability to revolutionize their industry by working with our ecological resources while creating economic opportunities.

TRAININGS ARE CONDUCTED ON THE 4TH FLOOR. The entrance to the building is in the middle of the block on Queens Blvd. (between Union Turnpike and 82nd Avenue).  Remember to carry identification as you will have to present it upon entering our building
